For English Language requirements we will submit (for spouse visa) Degree taught in English, a letter from University stating the Degree was taught in English and a UK NARIC comparability statement, would that be sufficient ?

Thats not fair I cant go back and cant send my passport either due to my job and seriously thinking to apply for their Passports from Inside the UK.
