Dear Moderator from the link above, I understand that people switching from psw to tier 1 general as at the time (before closure) would be of the category for 3 years initial visa. Don't worry, it might be deducted today or tomorrow. My application reached the home office on the 5th and the money just got deducted today 19th.

Is it 2 or 3 years for initial Tier 1 (general) application

Hello Expert, How many years Tier 1 general visa would be given to an initial application switching from Tier 1 Post Study Work Visa to Tier 1 (general).
I already sent my application before the deadline 6th April 2011.

I posted mine on the 2nd of April and was delivered 5th of April. I have not recieved an acknowledgement nor have my account been debited for the fees. Is this usual/ normal
