Thanks for your links.

Can ESOL entry 1 test be taken without registering for the course? I am still not clear which course should we select for easy, quick (and relatively cheap) to get the certificated needed.

Thanks

I am still not convinced that a switching is required because section 7.13 in HC 863 clearly says there is not need to apply using FLR(M). You cannot apply 28 days before and must complete the full 10 years before you can apply. Ifyou apply before you will lose the fee and get a rejection. What's the hurry anyway? You waited so long and now can't wait another 28 days. rajjaji I can apply exactly on 28 days before completing 10 years r...

ILR (long residency) applied BEFORE 10 years (28 days)

Hi I am approaching to my lawful 10 years residency to apply for ILR. On the form it says I can apply not before 28 days of 10 years stay. Has anyone applied for example 20 days before 10 years completion and the application was successful? In that case how long did it take to receive your ILR? Thanks

Re: Strange situation,got ILR today.....

Did you apply for your child's ILR and wife's ILR in one post? I am in the same situation and thought I need to get my ILR first then apply for my baby's ILR. But certainly in your way it sould speed up the process. And one more question, did your wife spend two years in the UK before applying for h...

adding one more question, if the spouse visa is less than 2 years residence requirements than she will be applying for FLR(M). Would the previous stay count (as Tier 1 dependent) towards 2 years residency requirements when she will be applying for ILR after changing her visa to FLR(M)?

Many thanks
