Query on ILR validity

Hi,

This is w.r.t a friend of Mine

He has got his ILR in 2007 and there were no Bio-metric cards then.He left UK in 2009 and came back for a month in 2010.

He has not travelled to UK since 2010. Would his ILR status be still valid ?

An advice is very much appreciated.

Cheers,

Yes,for the Main Applicant Item (12) and (13) would be sufficient enough to prove English Language.
