yes and yes *if* they can prove they are your spouse. Usually your old indian passports should suffice for that if Spouse is listed

mine's been granted on Feb26th and still not printed. i'll wait till the end of the week, but may go into the HCI with a new photo next week.

Has anyone done this? Do you still have to get a token at noon and join the regular application submission process to submit an additional photo?

you wont get your naturalisation cert till the oath ceremony. I believe steps 1 and 2 need to be completed in the UK.
Steps 3,4,5 can be done in India but my understanding is that it takes significantly longer than here. Think several months for each step...

Unless it's been over 3 months since naturalisation why would you bother though?

You have a 3 month grace period to travel on your Indian passport. The grace period begins on the day of naturalisation, not British passport issuance. I just travelled using this clause last month.
