GP refused, Health Visitor refused, Ministry of religion refused and daughter is 11 months old so no teacher ???

What I understand is they are objecting that you never disclose about your kid or in other word you lie to them that u don't have kids .and they think it's not right to think that kid on their on leave uk he,she must be in uk as the kid last grant was issued in uk .also about your marriage they are...

Thanks MPH80, As per my understanding what you have mentioned my wife has to give another Approved English test but i can use EMD qualification for set (M). You are right i applied on 10 years basis. My wife has done B1 which exceed A1 but not sure why they did not accept it.

Uptil now i was told when ever i called HO that my application is incomplete means still work has not been started on my application. Day before yesterday i was told that that case worker got all my documents and the case is with case worker. So dont know what game the are playing but its frustratin...
