My wife was granted visa under Family route 10 years eligibility for settlement. Current visa is valid till 2016.

I applied for my wife FLR (M) in March 2014 but HO refused it and grant her visa under Family route 10 years eligibility for settlement. I request HO for the reconsideration. Just want to add that i applied FLR (M) for my wife before the rules changed in April 2014. I applied in march 2014. Still she has to wait five years or comes under the old rules ???
