on what number did you phone HomeOffice, same thing happened to me and 3 months down the line, no response from home office.

right..on my case Home Office don't even acknowledge they have received any letters from Tribunal Judge, nobody seems to take any owernship and its been going for over 12weeks.

Do you think by taking a solicitor will help anything?

I received a confirmation letter from tribunal judge, and it was on the 24Jan 2014.

since then i have not received anything whatssoever.

Can someone please advice If I quality to apply under cat B section 1 plus D (savings) I have an annual income of 13k and savings of 27k. can't apply based only on last 6 payslips as some of the payslips are below minimum requirements and could require more savings, but the annual income April 12/13...

Firstly, if you had savings for more than 6 months, you should write to the Visa office for the attention of the ECM and explain to them that the money was held in your account, and that you transferred it... If the ECM is satisfied that the evidence was already provided - they should overturn imme...
