You can't extend you visa outside UK so it would be a fresh application which will reset her clock for ILR.

Hi,
I was just going through the old post and came across this. I am nearly in the same situation:-

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=15460

I am getting my English certificate for Master not for becholer degree. Would that be ok or do I need to get it for becholer?

Thanks

She will have to meet the B1 requirement as she met an A1 requirement for entry clearance, it'll be at the discretion of the caseworker to accept an invalid test, or not, in addition to the LIUK, if you are still avoiding rule 287(a)(i)(d). Dear Amber, Thank you so much for your help on this topic....

Thanks for pointing this out.

I am aware of this as when you try to use the PBC and click on help it clearly asks you about your degree equivalent to C1 level.

The only this as of now is just wait for the rule to come out rather than speculating.

Nope there is no such requirement although it does help case worker (which might reduce your process time).

Personally I never took the Photocopy as we pay good amount of money at least they can photo copy it.
