Yep that's sufficient(mark sheet and degree photo copy).
Fill the form online so you can ask for both degree assessment within the single request( no need to pay separately )

Just queries to know. Also I haven't paid extra for the assessment as you can supply an many qualification with in the same form. So my wife supplied with two qualification and out of which one(BSc Maths) was comparable.

I applied for my dependent (wife) and my 2 extension here in UK with those 'Duplicate' keywords written and never had a problem (Mine was HSBC bank)

Also "You will need to score a total of 75 points if you first successfully applied before 19 July 2010 for permission to enter or remain in the UK"

It ask for first application not the last leave.So you only need 75 points.

Mine was under new as my last grant was after april 2010.

For your ILR you would be assessed under Old rule and you need 75 points
