Your last grant was after 06 April 2010(i.e your first extension) so HO was right in you application assessment.

I am not sure why you got 10 points for age while got 5 in your initial application ?

How many year extension did you got 2 or 3(should be 3 according to the rule)?

I think this was expected from them they can't really allow tier 1 go for indefinite extensions as it would be overhead on home office. I also came to know that if your qualification is listed while calculating points (i.e. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator) she don't have to give the English exams. Is this correct? Now the question is ; was entry clearance given on the basis of B1 or A1 because their is no clear indication in PBC that you degree were comparable to B1 or A1 at the time of entry clearance?

Yep they have applied for statement of compatibility from UK NARIC and they have letter from college to satisfy 1st part of KOLL requirement.
