Hi, Thanks for your reply. So what I understood is, it is mandatory for me to apply for his dependenet visa first. I was thinking I can apply for his Indian passport and since he is born in UK he can stay here until April 2014 without having a dependent visa and directly apply for ILR along with me...

I am not taking about the internet printout or emailed statement. I am talking about the ad-hoc statement which you can get by just walking into the branch and ask them to print on HSBC official stationary ?

A19. Please give full details of any dependants’ applications submitted with this form

I think it ask for the dependents which are submitting application with the main i.e my wife. So do need to mention about my daughter?( I am sure not but just double checking).

Look on the page 21.

The period between entry clearance being issued and the applicant entering the UK may be counted toward the qualifying period, as long as it does not exceed 90 days.
