Yes you can (that's what I did for my parents couple of weeks ago). Once form is filled online take a print or ask someone in you home country to print form for you.Send the supporting documents via courier or whatever is convenient.

I have requested SAR (HMRC). Once I receive any document from them then I can find out whats going on .Once details are received from HMRC I can ask HMRC to link that record to my new NI number.

Will update the thread once I receive anything from HMRC.

Don't worry you would be fine.My company name is AAABBB CCCDDD but on my payslip and bank statement it appears as "AC". I got my ILR in Jan 2015.

I registered my daughter British through MN1 and they charged me 35£ but I saw on their website they charge 70 for adult i.e. AN1.So your 65£ fee looks right to me

I have used NCS recently and I would suggest people to use NCS as well.Also no need to submit original to HO.

No Maintenance fund is required for ILR (but its always good to have some money in your account).I successfully applied my ILR in Jan 2015 with out any Maintenance funds requirement.
