1. Work permit number which starts with G....(G12344).
2.No need to prove it as its recognised by PBS calc.

Mate why are you so confused you need to include two piece of evidence so payslips +bank statements are fine. Also if you include HR letter it would be a supporting document for you application.

I mean i dint included the bank details.

I did included my employers and my accountant detail .Employers (perm) and accountant (because I was employee of my own comp)

Provide you employers detail(eg emailid,phone number etc) so that they can verify your document if needed.

Also if you have any accountant (LTD comp) then include their details as well.

If your employer send money in other country it will be eventually converted into Pounds so as long as you get enough point you can extend your tier 1.

The only problem would be your ILR which counts you continues 5 year(with 180 days holidays) .

Normally it comes in two separate envelopes; one for main and one for dependent but both arrive nearly at the same time. Some time the timeline can very so just wait it will turn up in a week or so.

No issue. You are all ok to travel to India. Just make sure you return before you visa expires and you should apply in time for your extension.
