I am going to apply for my extension in feb 2012.I got my first grant on 15-04-2009.But now i am confused which version of form should i fill for myslef and my wife.For myseld i am filling 4/11 version and for my wife i am filling 7/11 version.Is that correct ?

Thanks for the reply.Its give me enough point when i use 30/3/2009 but not enough when i put 15-4-2009.So i guess i should put 30/03/2009.

Yes ,Its 15-04-2009 on my entry clearance . But if i mention 15-04-2009 would i be able to get 30 point for Bachelor degree? As the rule changed on 31-04-2009.
So i am still confused what should i mention the date ?
