Can I ask which PEO centre? Croydon Also did you submit the letter from your employers for the dates out of country I had it for backup but didn't submitted it. Congrats on your ILR. Just yourself or with dependants? With dependent (wife). I am registering my daughter as British(MN1) .

IF you and your dependent get points for master's (35) or bachelor's degree (30 ) plus if the calculator give you 10 points for English level then a print out of PBC is sufficient.

I have a employer but there are plenty of successful cases for self-employed as well(same day PEO).

ELA states that the degree was taught in English but they cannot confirm it meets c1 level and above. Basically I have got SoC (statement of compatibility )which confirm that degree is equivalent to British bachelor degree and ELA which confirms that degree was taught in English. Thanks Amber you didn't answer this (Also we are planning to visit India next year what if she doesn’t get her ILR.Would she be able to travel in PBS dependent visa (while I am on ILR)? )

Nope they won't reply over email.You need to visit in person and fill out the necessary application (and fee) for English version of degree.

I have done my BSc from Vikram uni.They gave me degree certificate in Hindi but I did asked them to give me English version of degree which they gave me(with in 15 days I guess).


So just apply for English version.
