Parents applied 21st of Feb and the VFS (delhi) did the photos themselves although my parents carried the passport photo but they said "not needed".

Damaged naturalization certificate

Hi,
I have mistakenly put my signature and date on my original naturalization certificate(I was self certifying some copies so my original was also present in those copy).Now my question is do I need to get duplicate certificate from Home Office or would that be ok ?

I received the HO invitation/approval letter(one letter ) one day after I received the invitation from council. In my case council had every thing and I had to wait for a day to received letter from HO. Although I did email HO and I got another copy of invitation/approval letter within 5 working day...

OK thanks.

But her naturalisation certificate will have her maiden name and passport will have married name so do I need to change her naturalisation certificate to reflect the married name or shall I just leave it (which will show her maiden name) ?

Thanks CR001 but what will happen when I have to apply for her OCI card (as Indian authority will have her maiden name) and British passport will have married name ? Do I need to apply OCI card using a deed poll ?
