You don't need that. Just front and last page would do.

Re: SET (O) + SET (M)? Self + Dep. applying for ILR at same

Probably worth finding out the date. Or else too much to pay for.

You can do it in a single application form set O, watch out for fee increase in april 6th, incase you qualify around this time you can avoid the fee increase.

Thanks,

Re: 8 Days Unpaid Absence from UK: ILR via Tier 2 (General)

How long is the total holiday in that period? Are you crossing more than 180 days in a particular year?

If you are getting letter from employer about your leave have they mentioned anything about this leave?

Re: Urgent: NI number on SET(O) form

I don't think there will be a problem in just putting your second NI number in the form. Since you are going for PEO if the case worker have any doubts they will ask you and you can provide an explanation of the same. Carry the previous NI number and if you received any letter from NI about the canc...

Yes what you have got should be suffice. Degree certificate and PBS recognition should be enough. Letter/ESOL are additional documents.

If you want you can talk to home office help line 0300 123 2241 - option 4 for ILR

Re: ILR Dependents (Less than 2 years in UK)

Hi Durai,

Yes all the documents you have listed will help if you have it available. Also if possible try getting a letter from GP about her first registration date if you are registered to only one GP from beginning, driving license, bank statements, etc.

Re: ILR Dependents (Less than 2 years in UK)

Hi Durai, Does she had any break in her visa? Even if she was out of country for more than 180 days if her visa was valid there shouldn't be any problem. Can you show various cohabition docs for past 2 years? If your answer is yes then you can apply it for her. I was kind of in the same situation an...

Re: Applying MN1 form for child with Tier 1 Dependant Visa

Thanks CR001. I am concerned about the time it will take for the postal ILR application to approve. Also I would have to give up both our passports & BRP card during this time. How long it take for your daugther ILR through postal?

Hi Anand,

Having ILR alone won't help. Atleast one parent should have BC or else you won't be able to register it.

Re: Applying MN1 form for child with Tier 1 Dependant Visa

Thanks CR001 for the advice. I still haven't decided whether to apply ILR or not, I am not completely sure about postal applications on the timeline for ILR that's why wanted to do it in PEO. All my passport/visa will be held up in home office till they decide the application. Just for information h...

Re: ILR Fees to increase from 6th April 2015?

Keano, Not sure about fee, but there is a cash desk in PEO office which they should get it from you. but firstly make sure you are using the correct application form, if you are using the current application form and applying on April 8th they might reject the application as the new application woul...

Re: 'Degree taught in English' requirement

You don't need the NARIC letter. If the degree is recognized in PBS calculator that is more than enough and if you have letter from university that's a bonus as well.

No I am planning to do it in PEO. I have the passports and approval letter with me. Should get the biometric card within the next 10 days, if not then want to apply it before the fees increase by April 6th.

Re: Applying ILR for child Seperately

Thanks CR001,

I just confused when I called the home office they said it is SET O form. I think I will go with SET F application form and hopefully it should be okay.

Any idea do we need to have bio metric card for the parents or just the approval letter should be enough?

Thanks,

Hi CR001, The chance I am taking is with my wife's application. My Tier 1 visa start date is Dec 2009 and currently have validity till June 2017. I am eligible for ILR and my wife have been in India for one of her renewals so I am taking a chance with compelling & compassionate reasons for her I...
