BRP Delivery

ILR approved on 14-03-2012 (PEO, Croydon)

BRP delivered today (16-03-2012).

I didn't expect the BRP cards to be delivered so quickly.

Yes. Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) is now a mandatory feature of all the ILR applications (effective 29-FEB-2012) both for Postal and PEO routes.

I go my initial HSMP back in Sep-2006. Got entry clearance valid from 19-JAN-2007, but landed in the UK in first week of April-2007. Will be applying for ILR in 2nd week of March-2012 (current leave is valid till 05-APR-2012).

ILR with late entry to UK (less than 3 months)

Has anyone lodged a successful ILR application where the initial entry to UK was late by (within) 3 months of EC?

I have also got my passports from the Home Office with visa duly extended. I had submitted them on 28-FEB-2011.

Hope everyone, who has applied, gets the visa correction.

Cheers...
