They asked me to send original docs including passport n am still waiting for their reply .

tried to call them but no one bother to pick up my call

In my opinion its better if u ask your bank to resend the new one.
HSBC will take 5 days to deliver in branch.

i recently got ilr in nov 2011 ,one of my friend told me that i am not eligible for child benefit n child tax credit.
