My wife came in may 2012 as a spouse on a settlement visa.

We got child born in uk, british.

Now she is applying extention, becasue she still not passed her knowledge test.

On the form it says children as 'dependent applying with you'.Does my child need to apply with her?

I just got question regarding my wife's ILR.

Her spouse visa is expiring next month and she doest have much time to pass life in uk test and english laguage test.

Is there any way she can get extention meanwhile she passes her tests?

i submitted mails and phone bills but the fearing element is that bill only shows service number such 'planet talk'.

i think i had a call from BHC to verfiy my wife's application, this morning around 8:30am but i was unable to attend. would they call again to verify the application???
i hope it wouldnt effect the application.

My wife's application status has been changed and now it states as:
"Visa application is under process at the british high comission. 06/06/2011"

i dnt knw how long it would take but InshAllah it would be good news.

When applying for the visa application which documnets are required in there orginal form? Nikhanama (english and urdu) original or photocopy? TB report original or photocopy?
