Yes i have almost an year my ilr will be due in 2016 june but i don't want any hassel at that time and want to sort this ASAP...

Yes but my accountant did not showed at that time and he showed only 10k cause i had a payslips but what shall i do now should i ammend my returns as i had showed HO 38k but paid tax on 36k?

Hi folks After reading whole thread i want to ask a question here On my initial application i had shown 28000 from self employed and 10k from employment but when i filled my returns i had shown 22k on self employed and 14k on salary which makes some where 36k i had to changed this cause while my acc...

Hello All

Just out of curiosity i am asking this question as if someone get refused from the rout T1 to ilr on the basis of deception so would tge applicant still able to apply ilr on ten years long residency basis?

Dear Experts wanted advice on this, i am on T1G visa and due for ILR on 2016 June. Hello Experts i got my first T1G visa on 13/may/2011 for two years then got extended for further three years which is going to be expired on 27/06/2016, now out of this duration i have spent almost 112 days out of the country but this was taken on every year basis and didnt spent not more than 90 d...

Dear you are not getting what I am saying is you can take take 180 days in a 12 month of period but it shouldn't be a consecutive 90 days which means if you are away for 85 days then you need to come back before you go for your another one, however in total you shouldn't exceed more than 180 days in...

Dear you need to research about that you can't take consecutive 90 days unless there is valid reason like if you are working overseas and your employer is paying you here or in some cases like illness and death apart from that you can't be out more than 180 days in your five years of time otherwise ...

regarding the question about 180 days I think these 180 days should be taken in 5 years of time and should not be exceed however you could take 180 days in one single year but again it shouldn't consecutive 90 days. This is my understanding..

I would say consult with lawyer as far I know whatever points you claimed at the time of initial application they will apply same rule on your extension as well

If you have paid in bank through cash so your bill should be stamped and dated and if you have paid through direct debit so should be coming up in your statement so whatever be method you paid bill just present it with bill dont worry about late payment as they only want a document.
