Personally i haven't came accross any ILR refused on the basis of less tax paid because tax matters are entirety different and the two cases which recently reported on this board are completely different because one hasn't pay a single penny on 33k even there is no record in hmrc and other guy case ...

Spoke to the hmrc they said it takes 13 weeks to process your accounts after receiving..
