Re: Urgent ILR PSC/PEO New Self Employment Questionnaire

But still they will have to follow the T1G guidance while reaching at any decision relates to tax & income and from my understanding T1G doesn’t required applicant to show same level of threshold every year.

I am not sure how factual is his version of story but you never know may be he is saying right..

Its not necessary that once the deception imposed then new application will refused too.

Re: ILR LR Refused - tax on income from abroad

Did they gave you p60 or p45 when you left?

If your visa still left then sort this matter and go with fresh application, however if you don't then appeal is an only option

There are couple of lawyers but even they won't be useful much until your tax matters get sorted..

Re: ILR Eligibility

from 180 *5 yrs do you mean that somebody can stay 900 days in total out of 5 years? Yes, but is applicable to PBS migrants applying for ILR based on 5 years residence and they need to submit absence letter/proof. This does not apply to migrants applying for ILR based on 10 years long residence. No...

Re: ILR Eligibility

The absence limit for Tier 1 and Tier 2 is no more than 180 days per 12 month cycle ( 180 x 5 in total ) . The 12 months cycle is counted backwards from the date you apply for ILR (so not always calendar years). I feel my post was quite clear, its is 180 for each 12 month cycle. HO check ALL your a...

HO only concern about for those in which you claim your visa so if you 10/11 SA shows exact amount then you would be fine for 11/12 you don't need to worry about in case if you didn't show any income from this year
