Hey, I think so. My current job requires 1 month notice. I am also going for appointment on 18 of June. I contacted the new employer HR department. They said that they will put the COS job start date as 18 of July. Then I can tell my current employer on 18 of June. Please listen to other experienced...

premium appointment

Hi,

Could you please tell me if I need to bring my payslips to the appointment? Or can I ask the tax history from revenue office. I just realize that I lost some of my payslips.

Thanks.

Thank you for that. I assumed so as I could not find any post related to my query. Though I have tried to renegotiate terms of my contract with the employer and if it goes to plan they will be willing to pay for it as long as I sign off the addition of an obligation to work with the company for at ...

Hi all, it might be a dumb question. Could anyone please tell me the link to the document with new SOC code. This is because the code of practice for my profession does not seem to change much when I check it

Thanks

Hi, u should be ok. :) Just look for jobs every where. Apply jobs directly to direct employers or via agencies. Personally, I like to apply to employers directly. 5 years is such a valuable amount of work experience.

Hi hashmil, Sorry about the visa thing. I looked at your situation. I think in Section R document, it saids From 14 June 2012 applicants under Tier 2 (General) or Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) must have an offer of a job at or above NQF 6 if they are:  applying from abroad; or  applying to switc...

Hi All, My question to all of you applying for Tier 2 extension is do you have to show that you are being paid over 20,000/annum. i.e., 20,000/12= £1666 / month approx on your wage slips??? what if you get around 1200 -1300 / month after taxes, does it indicate a problem? Regards Tier 2 Hi there, t...

Don't quote me on this but earlier today I was on the phone to the UKBA (0300 123 4699) and was told that they have had a change of policy; they will now accept Tier 2 LTR applications without a CoS as long as the employer has applied for a licence. The advisor suggested that a letter from the empl...
