Hi portable. I have sent you a message. Not sure why they treat all amendments as same. My friend's solicitor told him that they will refuse all applications with amendments.

Re: ILR Refused for late ammendments

There is no standard on how UKVI considers applications with amendments. My friends have amended their taxes and got visa. Not one but 4-5 friends have done that. I am not sure why they use 'deception ' clause on others!

Re: delay in ILR Application

My letter said that they are waiting for a reply from government agency or organisation regarding one of the documents I have enclosed with my application. I know it's regarding my tax amendment which I did in January 2016 and I have enclosed the letter sent by HMRC with my application. I did not in...

Re: delay in ILR Application

Hello,

I am in the same boat. I have amended my tax returns for 2012 as my earnings were in two tax years, I haven't shown any expenses in 2012. I have received same letter couple of weeks ago and not sure how long it is going to take.

ILR (tier-1)letter received seeking additional time

Hello, I have received letter from UKVI on 12Oct 2016 saying that they are waiting for reply from a government department (may be HMRC) regarding my ILR application and would take more time to consider my application. Did anyone receive same type of letter and does anyone know how long would it take...

accoutant/accounting firm

Can the accounting firm be registered as ACCA certified instead of accountant? Guidelines says that "such evidence must come from an
accountant or accountancy firm in the UK who is a member of a recognised supervisory body."

Can anyone advise about this?

Salaried account

My account was 177£ overdraft when I applied. I showed 800£ in another account. But my bussiness account has a balance of over 2000£ for last six months. Do they consider bussiness bank account money if at all they consider that my salaried account is in OD? Because I showed three accounts here.

Dear friends,

I have query regarding bank statements showing pay from job. Although I have shown it for proof of pay recieved from employer, I have over draft in that account. Does it affect my application any way? Although I have shown my funds (800£) in different account.

Did he remove ur expenses? Has he given you a cetificate stating list of payments you recieved by self employment? Net taxable profit is the one u earned after deducting your expenses. My friend got rejection saying that the accountant was not registered, but he was registered with CIMA.
