Tier 1 dependant please help

Hi,

Can I marry my 1st cousin? Would this be a ground for refusal if I do for entry clerance?

(ii) the applicant and the Relevant Points Based System Migrant must not be so closely related that they would be prohibited from marrying each other in the UK

tier 1 dependant online application

Hi
I am in the process for applying for my dependant

I know that i have to apply online first. But if we have to apply online what is VAF10 form for?

On the online page are they asking the same questions as in Vaf10?

Or do we also fill this vaf10 form alongside the online application form?

number 2 is not relevant to us i believe, as we are not settled on this country

Tier 1 general should not be affected to any changes, the only change they can do at this stage is maybe to increase 5 year settlement limit to 10 years etc (!) But I do not believe they can remove ILR option at all. If they do , we can take this to court and there is a very good chance that we will...
