Let me ask this question differently ? Can my alone child apply for ILR on the basis of 7 year concession? If child can apply for citizenship alone , can child apply for ILR alone ? Thanks for your prompt reply . That means my child can not have ILR before I get , but child will have an extension of...

I think there is no such policy in writing . However, if you explain on your cover letter and also take letter from employer , it would be easier for CW to come to the conclusion.

Same for the bank statement , if is stamped by bank then it would be treated as an authentic. .

You can submit your tax before 31 January so you don't to go with it.

Having said that , I would ask accountant to prepare a report with projected tax , or at least I would submit one part of my tax liability to so my genuineness.

I am in a same boat , I am applying on 28 and taking full month as a income .

I believe its depend on your income period . If you are taking period up to 20 , you can't take month salary ,

I hope this make sense .

You don't need to have a registration number on your accountant letterhead.

Hardly you will see a number on a letterhead . If CW wishes to check then CW can visit accountant's regulatory body's website. Whether , it is a ICAS or ICAEW or ACCA all have facilities to check ones' membership.
