I beg o differ here on section 85A. He has already submitted documents which were not considered by UKBA . You must consult solicitor or barrister and not immigration adviser, don't bother about money now just go for the best . Thanks I had a car parking fine by council . I had disputed it and my case now is before the Parking Appeal Services (Tribunal ). It is pending since Nov.2011. Should I mentioned it on my form under civil category ? Advice appreciated . You only have to mention what "YOU ARE CONVICTED OF"....

I had a car parking fine by council . I had disputed it and my case now is before the Parking Appeal Services (Tribunal ). It is pending since Nov.2011.

Should I mentioned it on my form under civil category ?

OK brother , Will do on Monday . However, do you have any other option in mind. banks keep a copy of all checks deposited, tell the manager to get up & do some work, if you know 2 separate checks were deposited then they cannot dispute & have to find out. be firm & assertive with the man...

Thank you for your prompt reply . I have been to bank . They did check their system but both cheque were paid in with single deposit slip and hence it shows as an one entry .
