I have been in the country for almost 10 years legally, I got in Dec2005 I am currently on spouse visa, expiring next year march I know am eligible for ILR in December but i have a son who came into the country 2008, he will be 14 this year and he is my dependant. when I apply for my ILR in December...

@tier2seeker, am sure its the same step (s) for everybody, just make sure that the form is filled correctly with a correct SOC code and salary, for you request to still be showing pending, then the form is nor filled correctly or maybe there is a compulsory field that is omitted.
