Once visa has been collected how long do you have to fly to uk? Is it 3 months from when appeal successful or 3 months from stamp? What happens if you don't fly in that period?

Well there's no need to worry as all appeal papers are sent to first tier tribunal in Leicester. They do all their checks etc and then forward to abudhabi. Like you said 19 weeks... So it can be anytime soon. I've luckily got my visa which I can't believe...my hubby just needs to collect which I'm ...
Inshallah I think you will have no problem getting a successful appeal, hopefully end of March/early April. It took me about 12 weeks from submitting appeal papers to receiving a positive outcome. Shadow86 who is acting on your behalf with appeal? Where us solicitor based? Ring tribunal office in this number 08456000877 you will need fco number and appeal number. They will inform you whether they received appeal papers and the status good luck !
User shadow ... Ring tribunal office in Leicester and they will give you update regarding appeal cases. I called them a couple of times and finally one day they said appeal was successful. Good luck
