Hi,

I was previously on the Tier 2 General for two years and have now returned home.

An opportunity has come up to apply for a CoS, would I be unrestricted considering my last valid visa was T2 General? Or restricted as I an out-of-country.

Hi gussy, not sure the supporting documents of evidence of your exisitng business is needed..in fact it might be used against your application as when in Tier 2 (G) u r nt allowed to work for anyone else than the sponsor.. this is what one of my friend got told...hv u thought abt it ? All depends on your situation, job title, salary, company's commitment to keep you etc. But yes, sponsorship has certainly been made more difficult with many recent changes making it often confusing more than anything for recruiters.
