Deportation

My Friend is in Italy and he has got work permit there. He is Pakistani by nationality. He wants to come to UK now but he is not sure if he is deported from the airport where immigration department will send him to ?either Pakistan or back to Italy ? Please guide.

my cousin is on Tier 1 General visa which is valid till 03/05/2013 and he wants to apply for his visa extention. now my question is, can he apply on current fee structure? as new fees structure is going to be implemented by 06/04/2013. please help
