I am on a psw visa now and it expires in august. what do you reckon my chances are? You will need to satisfy the salary requirements expected of your designation. If the SOC CODE for my job title is on the UKBA graduate level job list, but is not specifically mentioned under 'Related Job Titles' on that same list, does the job still qualify for Tier 2? Hopefully someone here can advise on this: Is the Tier 2 limited only to jobs listed under 'Related Job Titles' on the UKBA's SOC list for jobs at graduate level? I checked that but I am not a reception manager.I am 2 level below.They have mentioned £17000 for reception manager and I am earning £15600 as a receptionist and I am getting paid £7.5 hourly and in the link I copied early it says £7.2 for receptionist (CODE 4216).Any thoughts on that Paperpush...
