anyone waiting for unrestricted COS

Hi,
Any one waiting for new unrestrited cos to be allocated to company. My new employer waiting for more than 4 weeks now. Anyone having same issue post here. My employer is updated as there is a backlog. What else i can do this? Very nurvous.

Hi Manish, I am in same situation as yours; Can you tell me when your HR apply for new COS and provide the additional details. My one sent these details mid july ( 4 weeks ago). and my new HR called HO and they said there is a backlog and it takes time. anybody have any idea when this will be finish...

yes the company name is updated on the list.

Apparently you are right, seems they haven't request one during the application.

Do you have any idea how long it will take to be granted once they request the COS. it is almost 3 weeks now!

how many hours are you suppose to work for your employer, as per your contract? if its 37.5 hours well, than you just check it with the "code of practice" and everything is fine. your ONLY option is to apply with a new COS. every app is considered on its own merit and previous failed apps...
