This waiting kills :( .I am tempted to lift the phone and call HO but I know this will not fast track my application. By the time the decision comes through, I won’t have any nails left :x .

@Jambo. Just called Border Agency. They said no to retired teacher giving reference as a professional person but he can as a second referee.

Kindly get your English marriage certificate translated copy attested by 'Notary Public Solicitor' for you certificate to be accepted by Home Office. And remember not all ‘Solicitors’ are ‘Notary Public Solicitors’.
