Hi,

I got my ilr last week after completing my 5yr workpermit.

Am I eligible now as home student and if i get my admission in a course before sept 2012 what fee rate will apply on me. Old or new rate?

Dear All,

I got my ILR few days back.
I just want to know which benifits i am eligible to claim.

My a/salary is 23k and wife's a/salary approx 25K.
Are we eligible to claim working tax credit/child tax credit benifit? or any other benifit

which card - cred or debit?
which one is cheap and best method to pay fee

I am going for my ILR case in dec and is similar to your one.
I fulfill all the requirements mentioned in your post.

I never had biometric residence permits.
do one need to have this biometric residence permits?

my ILR qualifying period starts from 12th Dec 2011-9th jan2012.

When I can make appointment( over phone)?
Can I make appointment for 15th Dec 2011 now or wait till 12th of Dec to book appoitment.

Thanks Vinay,

In my case there is no service break my 1st workpermit was issued for 5 years.
There is no change in my job role.
I changed the job and my new employer informed the homeoffice for fresh workpermit for 5 years.

Anyone from forum has more information regarding this.

I don't know yet of penalty as I think I jumped the red light and might get penalty notice most probably Fixed penalty and points as traffic rules states (TS10)
I will pay Fixed penalty.dose that help.
