Also, even though maintenance is not required for ILR, should i still choose yes for that. Regard...

Hi,

Are we least clear that the paid annual leaves are only outside of UK and not inside of UK. I have my appointment on 30th and started sending letters to my previous employers.

Waiting for them to respond.

Annual Leaves and Work related Absences

As a precursor, I have started approaching my employers to list out all work related absences and all annual leaves taken irrespective of whether i was in uk or not. Let us hope that i get it all. Just wanted to check whether it is ok fo...

New rules - Work related and Annual Leave Absence

Hi, Do i need to get the complete Annual leave details from all employers even though I was present in UK for those leaves or is it only the dates which I was outside of UK. The new rule is bit confusing. Evidence of all work-related absences (including paid annual leave) is required from those appl...

You haven't mentioned which immigration category you will be applying under here (T1 or T2/WP), but with the recent changes to the rules, you will need your employer to confirm both annual leave and business related absences irrespective of the category. So given the above fact, wouldn't your emplo...

IMHO you've made it unnecessarily confusing by including two tables. All you need to list is: When you left the UK, When you returned to the UK, Reason for the trip, Destination Country - Optional Passport page containing destination entry stamp - Optional. If you visited many countries during a si...

In one particular day, if you are not out of uk 24hrs that day can be disregarded. The days your are out of UK should be covering 24hrs in any particular date. This is how absences are counted...See UKBA guidance... The specified continuous period is counted backwards from the date of the ILR appli...

Croydon Vs other PEO

Hi,

I have heard that except Croydon all other PEO do pre-assessement check.

In Croydon, they take the payment and do the checks later only.

Is it true? I am bit scary whether i should reschedule my appointment.

That is great news.

I think this needs to be in sticky notes as many people are struggling to get appointments with dependants and this will enable them to get the required booking.
