Hi DB Congrats! I have few questions. My case is similar where i was on long absence during my WP. 1. As you mentioned that the CW was inputting NI number to check whether any contributions are made, do you think she was checking only for the months which you were absent to see whether you are paid ...

PEO Appointments

Hi,

When I searched for appointments with 2 dependants, I am not getting any. Whereas with only main applicant, I am getting many.

Is it ok if i separately book individual appointments for my dependants on the same day with different timings.

Regards

Thanks WP,

Our Tier 1 expires on MArch 2014.

Even though i have already completed 5 years, due to new rule waiting for the 180 days uplift.

So if i get my PR in May, can my wife still travel in and out of country with Tier 1 dependant status.

Regards

Hi,

Thanks for the replies. Please note that I am applying as Tier1 and submitting this absence letter as an additional proof. These are absences when I was in WP.

Nowhere in the application says that tier 1 needs to provide evidence for absences during WP time.

Hello Budwine, Congrats. I have a clarification. As you were into WP and converted to Tier1, did you had any absences during your WP, was there any unpaid leave as well? If so, did you show any employer proof of letter for that. I understand that if you are on tier1, you don't need one. I have simil...
