Hi,

I had extended my vacation further and went on unpaid leave for period of 21 days. As I got married during that time, spent some time with family and friends.

Let me know whether extending your vacation will come under unpaid leave.

Unpaid Leave/Vacation

Hi, During 2008, I have been on unpaid leave where I went to India. Can I put this as holiday or vacation or will it come under unpaid leave. Now I am in Tier 1 whereas on 2008, I was in Work Permit. Will this affect my PR as I was in unpaid leave, does it come under compelling reasons of absence. R...

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Did you took the risk of not getting the employer letter or you decided it was not needed. What did you mention in your absence on the 90 days leave ? Annual leave or unpaid leave? Were you paid during that 90 days absence? I am very much confused as i had also spent 69 da...

Hi

Congrats!

I have a doubt as mine is similar situation.

The first year I was in WP and had about 150 days of absence which relates to business and vacation.

Currently I am in Tier1.

Do we need to give employer letter proof for listing out the absences. Did you give any?

Thanks cs95tdg My other question would be, if the number of days is less than 180 for each of the continuous period of year, then is it still mandatory to list out the absences and annual leaves. For eg., If i apply in August 2012, my absences for 2008 is 90 days which is not continuous. DO i need t...
