MashAllah, a wave of good news coming in. I am so happy to hear that many of you have been granted success. You see guys, you must keep faith in Allah SAWT and stay positive. As I have said before, Allah SAWT becomes very angry if we start thinking negatively. If you pray to and believe in Allah, th...

All of my payslips are electronic and were printed on plain white paper. It is nothing fancy, just a couple of boxes with pay and employee details (NI number, tax code etc). I didn't even submit my P60 because I submitted the application before April. However, I did request tax code notifications fr...

I submitted online payslips (just a print out, not notarized etc.), and alhamdulillah my wife was granted a settlement visa recently. As long as all the information conforms with eachother (there are no discrepancies), then insha Allah there shouldn't be an issue. Does your online payslip provide al...

Guys,

Please don;t feel down. Always look on the positive side of things, as Allah SAWT becomes very angry if you only concentrate on the negative. If you think negative, only bad things will happen.

InshAllah you will all get your visas very soon.

I shall be praying for you all.

No need for an appointment. Just take your receipt etc. for your application with you, and your ID card just to be on the safe side (the Gerry's staff can be stupid sometimes).

The ECO will only want to verify if you work for the company. They are not interested in where you are the moment they have established contact with your employer because that is not relevant to the application. But yes, life is way too short to worry about things like this. There is no use thinking...

Personally, I believe that taking unpaid leave shouldn't be a problem. It always possible to obtain confirmation from the company about the unpaid leave and to supply this to the ECO. Every now and then, we all take unpaid leave due to large planned events (I took unpaid leave for my marriage in Pak...

God forbid that there is a refusal (inshAllah it will be a positive outcome), I thought you only have to provide further evidence pertaining only to the refusal reasons.

Right, that makes a hell of a difference. If you're taking 6 weeks of unpaid leave, you will not be paying tax. But the fact that you are taking unpaid leave will be relayed to HMRC. The organisation will (should) confirm you are still working for the company. The problem comes when the HMRC confirm...

Anjum How can it affect your application? The fact that you are going back to visit your wife goes to show how much you love her. In the mind of the ECO, this will appear to be a subsisting relationship. Are you self employed? Could you clarify on the tax issue. If you are working for an organisatio...

A fresh application can take up to 12 weeks, even longer in some cases. I'm a bit confused. You say you with family, and that you submitted the land registry deeds (which I assume are in your parents' names), yet in item 3 you state you submitted copies of your own property? Argh, I think work is ge...
