Shah g ......the great Really humble and please to share the news that i have recived ilr approval letters for my Mrs , as u aware i had a bit issue when i went for PEO and case worker was not agree that she is eligible for ilr yet...if any one has any question about the case , dont hasitate to ask...

You cant apply for ilr without liuk pass test certificate, If ur spouse visa finishing soon u can apply for FLR and ur spouse should get another 2 year leave as u mention its a pre july 2012 application after getting extension u can applying any time for ilr once u obtain liuk and b1 certificate rea...

Hi ma575, Thanks a lot mate, really appreciate that. I wish you the same as our dependants have pretty much the same cases, so I hope that it is a 2 years visa for our dependants. Just an update. Received the rest of the documents today which are intact as I sent and it doesn't seem anything been checked. Pride of pak bro, she already got visa under flr M for 2 years this march,
I think our secanrio is same apart from ur dependent spent 2 years under tier 1 general,
What u suggest bro?

It only applies on a settlement route ,
