Hi there, hope u get ur ILR soon. Did u send a cover letter with ur Set LR explaining this ? Im not expert but in my opinion
it does count towards ur legal stay as long as you make in time application more over if u dont exhaust ur apeal rights

There is no limit on multiple visa entry
But it could be questioned at airport at the time of arrival in UK
If a Uk visitor is spending less time in home country and more in uk.

Hi , as far as i know nicop works like a family tree,
For male you have to write your father detail as head of family .
For female who is married and have changed id card with husband name on it then you have to put husband detail as family head.
