I believe we have already confirmed this. The european court of Justice has already confirmed that such people are entitled to all form of benefits. I was in the court today with my solicitors, (Karen & Micheal Lynn).
The judge ask us to come again on 11th july, because he said the state's representative must be present as well in this case.
