My 3 year old son had to travel to India immediately after receiving Naturalization. So he travelled on Indian passport (he didn't have UK passport). I am not clear if his travel back to UK will be a problem. Can someone please help ?

My wife is on FLR dependant and will be eligible for ILR this december. There is some family issue and she has to go to India now and will be there for 6 months.

Can she apply for ILR dependant from India ? Any further advise will be really helpful.
