Great - thank you very much. He is American so I think he is exempt from the language requirement and we do meet the financial one.

Thank you for your help.

Transcripts - Ground for refusal?

Hello, In my CAS, it states that I should include the High School Graduation diploma/trascripts. I graduated in 1995 and back then, transcripts were typed. The High School now only has a scanned copy of that document, that they printed and stamped for me. I also have a supporting letter from them, c...

Hello all, I am sorry, but I am again lost in the VISA bureaucracy and I would really appreciate your help. I haven't applied yet for my Tier-4 visa, as I understand I can only do that 3 months before the start of my course, but I feel for you, as what is happening to you could happen to me in a month. I wish you both the best of luck and I will be coming back here to see how things are going. I am keepin...

I find it upsetting that the company the UK border agency uses in the USA provides incorrect information.

I wondered if I could ask for your help again. I graduated in 1995, when computer systems were somewhat limited, so my high school is only able to provide a copy of the original transcripts, which is held in a file at the school. They can stamp it, sign it and I can ask them to write a letter confir...

Travelling to the UK 1 month before start of course?

Dear all,

I will be attending, provided my VISA approves, a 4 years degree in Engineering.

My course starts on 19th September and intended to travel on the 20th of August.

I understand I can enter the UK 1 month before the start of the course.
Is that still the case?

Thank you!
