Thanks tier1extn1 and Hussain. I seem to have lost the ukba document of points awarded in my initial application. I hope the case worker is well informed and the points I claim were the points initially awarded to me. Either way they should have all the history in front of them. is there any way I c...

Reading through this post , generally what is the criteria to claim the 5 points for UK experience?
Is it 12 months continuous employment(any salary? or have to be above a specific amount)

Congrats. I am also due to apply in PEO croydon soon. So thanks for your tips. One question- I know this has been mentioned a zillion times- you said you were granted 20 points in age. Is under 28 years your current age or age at time of first visa? Also I seem to have lost notes of points claimed i...

I know it has been explained many times, but can you please confirm that the points you were awarded on age were the same as your initial application
age points i.e. current age not taken into considered but the age at the time of your first app considered.

Now when I apply for extension will I be given a 2 year Tier 1 visa or a tier 1 visa till december 2012(as then when my 5 year work related visas will be completed). I assu...

I was initially granted a Workpermit in Dec 2007 but switched to Tier 1 in September 2008. My 10 year legal stay in UK happens to be completing roughly at...

Thanks for the reply. it seems I can apply now if i want to( 4 months in advance). My other question was regarding applying in person(in PEO most probably croydon). Has anyone tried this or had any bad experiances with it. I have heard there is no right of appeal if the application is rejected. In c...
