hi, i was in the same boat. but outr of it now... i was management trainee came to uk on june 2006.. applied ilr may 2011... my ILR got stamped after one month... i went through solicitor... couple of my friends who applied directly vth same managemnt trainee post same time as mine are still waitng....

finally today i got my ILR. so far i didnt openly said any thing about my situation. actually i am working as chef in a big chain of hotels. my salary is £14k per annum. i applied 13th of last month and got my ILR on 13th of June... one of my friend who applied and got his ILR couple of weeks back ...

Don't know what the enquiry is about.... My code of practice is not in the updated version of code of practice.. So I don't know about my salary requirement...
