Guys keep ur application simplr dont need to provide any absence letter if less 80 days...and i got traffic offence with 6 points ....and all my employed sel with one job..

If I go on 10 years route after tier 1 genral and same time my wife complete 5 as tier 1 dependent she can apply for ilr as well

90% people hav same problem if they get some informatuon from this form thats way they tell problems otherwise not need to use this form

guys one question shoid I go for ilr on 5 years tier 1 or next year I completing 10 yres in 10 years I think thry dont check tex issues

Hi croo1 I mean to say on ilr ....visa is stll valid for 3 years and ilr is refused due to lass tax paid in previous applications then HO give the right of appeal or it will give time to sort this out and apply again beacse still visa valid

I got my 2 nd ext in last month for 3 years and I m applying for ilr this month --its mean in my 2nd ext they check all my history is it will give m any advantage --' in 2nd ext they didnot ask m any question

So it is not salf emolyment tax return issue

Its happend to my friend last year he won in applea he revised tex and paid ......just ask to on more question my brother going to apply next month lucky he got 2nd ext for 3 years in march 2015 ...if same thing hsppen to him whst options will b available for him He got some tax issues as well

For example if someone who visa is valid for 2to 3 yeas will they just refuse and ask to sort this out and come back beacuse of valid visa

hello all. I was out side uk 114 days in last 5 years. In 2013 to 2014 Total 61 days and in 2011 total 53days ........in June i m completing 5years just want to ask still I need employer letter or it should b fine... Total 114 days in last 5 years
