my wife came in july 2011 as tier 1 dependent I got ilr and I applied her visa by post for ilr just want to know how many days maximum she can stay outside when she waz as tier 1 general dependent. ..

I check ur post u got ilr with employed and self employed income so u dont need to worry I sure ur tax up to date and u got ilr in april 2014 when u r applying british passport

I got same issue and got I my ilr but make sure u mentuon on applicaion form ..I went in same day they didnot ask m any question about that...no problem at all best of luck
